Shipping destinations:

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 7 business days.
• Most international orders take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered via Standard Air Parcel
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  

Shipping cost:

• Orders over US$50 will have free shipping.
• Orders under US$50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.
  
• We also accept offline payments via PayMe (Hong Kong customers only)
• Cash on Delivery is available for Japanese customer

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We take great care in each cube that we deliver to customers to ensure that each cube is in top shape before sending off to the shippers. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please write to us at support@cookiekiddle.com and our support team will help you with a replacement. We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@cookiekiddle.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Orders placement

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 7 business days.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for the EU and Import calculator for USA.

What type of iPads does Cookie Kiddle work on?

Cookie Kiddle works on models after iPad 4 (2012). This includes any iPad Mini, iPad Air and iPad Pro released afterwards, with the exception of iPad Pro Gen 1 (2015) unfortunately.

What type of Android tablets does Cookie Kiddle work on?

Cookie Kiddle has currently been tested on the following Android devices, running Android 5.0 or above:

When I played with the cube, it feels like magic. What kind of sorcery is contained in the cube?

Ok it will get rather technical here. In a nutshell, we license this cool technology, called Electric Field Messaging (EFM), from Kazoo Technology, that uses engineering principles to transmit an identity from the surface of the cube onto the touchscreen of your iPad. The app then can recognize the letter you are stamping onto the tablet, as well as the position and orientation of the cube on the touchscreen itself.
